"Cindy"

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.

Congratulations to all of the outstanding efforts yesterday while deadlifting. Overall there were twelve new personal bests set. Way to raise the bar. Pictured above are Erik Balsbaugh and Jon Gilson. Erik's lift was 345lbs, an increase of 90lbs over his previous best. Jon's lift of 405 puts him just under 2.5 times his body weight. Quite an accomplishment. As I am sure, you can tell that Jon is happy.

Jon, amazing lift! If my math is right we weigh about the same and 405lbs is still just a goal for me. Great job!

As far as Cindy is concerned, that little minx, she kicked my butt at 19.

Hey I am here for you EC. I decided to skip the whole rest day thing and just do some active recovery. I sand bagged in 12 rounds with the 0700 class. We sprinted first then the WOD.

Jon both the lift and pic both rock!!! I would totally make that my wallpaper on my PC if i had a great pic like that. Who knows you may scare your boss away from any petty taskings.

Oy. Let's see, thanks to Marcia, that young, airy, sprite of a gal, we tallied maybe 14 or 15 rounds today? Maybe 16 something? But Nigel. Boy, that Nigel. 22 friggin' rounds. Like a flash and never broke a sweat. Must be those English/Australian/Portugese/Frog-shirt-wearin' genes. Well done, Nigel.

and then we sprinted like a thousand times down Station street. Nothing young, airy or spritely about that for me. Next time, Neal, let's do some sprints in the water, K?

Good job to everyone.

Ran 1 mile: 6:06 (PR)

Did 3 rounds of Cindy and kipped my pullup bar right out of the wall. The landlord is going to love me...

Will post Cindy Two tomorrow.

I'm glad you guys enjoyed the pic...there are a few yoga chicks who are now scared to enter the building...

I thought Grace looked a little hotter than Cindy on Saturday.
