15 something w/modified push-ups and jumping pull-ups. Flew through with lousy, cheating form.

Hmmm; would have been first but wasn't; Neal critiqued my broad jumps, unfairly I think, so I have been practicing them, hourly, ever since....from the car to house, car to office, car to restaurant....

Like I said during this evening's class, this workout should be called "ass kicker." I'm unable to move my legs, barely able to lift a wine glass to my lips...I'm suffering here. Yes, my friends, my ass was kicked.
