JT (21,15,9) HSPUs, Dips, Push-ups
took a long time b/c the dips were pathetic looking assisted ones

then
5x3 front squats
75#,95#,115#

Managed to skip JT; ended the front squats at 115#.

Sam went from a 300 something in FGB to JT in less than 12 hours, and Tad made the Crossfit.com homepage. Crossfit Boston is turning into a real wrecking crew.

Can I be the first to say, with absolute sincerity, I relish my time at Crossfit Boston?

I have been planning my FGB Friday diligently and find myself eager to test myself against this particular form of self-abuse....that noise you hear is my very patient spouse Deborah rolling her eyes at me....
