"Murph"
For Time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

7, 10, 10 until I looked at the board and remembered Murph requires 100,200 and 300 sets, not 100, 100, 100.
So then started doing 7,10,30.

Sam kicked a#@ today!
Nigel
Thanks Nigel, you didn't do too bad yourself!
I finished in 39:50, just under my 40 min goal.
Sam
Good job, Sammy. Way to make a goal and beat the sh*t out of it!
half murph in 27:30; was not feeling it today.
Mad props to roman and sam for doing the workout yesterday and then kicking ass today. We're making some serious monsters here at xfitboston.
