Hey guys,

Again Faster will still meet this weekend, Sunday at 8:00 a.m. by the pullup bars at Jamaica Pond.

But a completely different workout; due to a sprained wrist I subbed various med ball activities for everything but the runs. As always, the 0600 crew rocked.
