Got my first double-under ever today, but it was overshadowed by my non-existent third pull. Looks like cleans for me...

lets see, 40# db dls, and 35# db pj. dbs for pj add a little more balance action than i was expecting - 12:54.

Went back to basics at Tufts with some good old tabatas:

Squats
Sit-ups
Push-ups
Jumping Squats
Sit-ups

Thanks for lending me that weighted vest, Neal. Made the whole workout more interesting. 30 lb, isn't it?
