Today's WOD was just plain yucky. Blicky. Ewy. Sweaty. All modified....all slow.

but I liked the weighted bear crawls. those were fun.

Great workout today! I subbed renegade rows for the pull-ups because my hands keep ripping. They're nasty especially when you don't know how to count them. I ended up doing 42-30-then 9 after I realized how to count. I finished in about 22 minuted probably a good 10 minutes after everyone else- nice job guys!

My HSPUs turned to plops after about 7 reps each round, so I guess fast is relative. All 45 reps at full ROM (like Max!) would've made it legit. Thanks anyway!
