35:45 w/10 lb. slam balls, 8# wall balls and 20 lb. thingy for TGUs. D. F. L. but I didn't bail as I often want to do when I'm in slo-mo and I wasn't too much of a whiny baby.

my arms were immobile due to vaccines for all manner of diseases long ago eradicated from the industrialized world; neal kindly suggested deadlifts instead of the wod. DL 175, pr, and very little chance of contracting polio.
