Got this email from Max today. Thought I'd share...

Hey Buddy,
No worries about the e-mail. I was just writing to give you an update and let you know I made the lacrosse team. We had fitness tests the first day.
We had to do the most amount of pushups, situps, and burpees, getting 2 minutes for each, max out in pull ups and a timed mile. I ran the fastest mile on the team, 5:40. Just wanted to thank you guys for pushing me.
Crossfit works.

ha. nice work jo. i took me 9:53 with 65#.

the only saving grace for me was that they were all squat cleans, and the last time i did this, it was with 45# cause of back pain.
