Jumping Back Squats - started light, then did a set at 95# and 2 sets at 125#.

WOD - 30# DB, 33:? (something over 33 minutes). Double Unders were very broken up, but most of the jump rope for this workout was DUs (a first for me).

75# and 85# for the jbs

28:28 for the wod with 25#. DUs were not unbroken, but the sets are getting longer!

40# dbs for jbs, 5x5

wod 30# dbs, DNF after 36? minutes...grip kept failing on last set of cleans, ran out of time for last set of presses and DUs.
