WOD - 30# DB, 33:? (something over 33 minutes). Double Unders were very broken up, but most of the jump rope for this workout was DUs (a first for me).

well, lets just say neal's double under record of 50 is coming down. i got my rhythm back and got all the du's in the wod unbroken.

75# and 85# for the jbs
28:28 for the wod with 25#. DUs were not unbroken, but the sets are getting longer!

wod 30# dbs, DNF after 36? minutes...grip kept failing on last set of cleans, ran out of time for last set of presses and DUs.
