um, 165# for dls. havent dl'ed in awhile - pleased today was pain free.

10:39 w/30# and body rows for the WOD. It was all grip for me today..or losing it.

245# on the dead; soon my max will equal Jon's warm-up weight and I will hold my head that much higher...

wod 8:55 with 30 lb. dumbbells- good stuff.
