WOD: "Kettlebell Blaster"

As Many Rounds As Possible (20 Minutes)
8 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
8 Swings
8 Romanian Deadlifts
8 Squats (4 left, 4 right with KB in the rack position)

Skills: L-sit to Handstand

i did 11 rounds plus another set of sumos. not sure of the weight. will/jim- was i using .5 pood or 1 pood? Thanks,

Dan, you were using 1 pood. Great job today by all at the 7AM class. I completed 8 rds (Steve didn't count the last 3/4) with the 1.5 pood KB. I swear one of these days I will learn my lesson and then it is going to be "AMRAP 45 Sit around and Talk". Until then the pain continues!!

8.5 rounds, 1pd. I drove home after this workout and could barely get out of the car after the 30 min drive :-)

The best part of going to the 5:30pm class -- I got to meet Karen's kids! They are cute and well behaved.

Thanks for the plug for my monkeys, Linda. A little CrossfitKids and suddenly they're subdued and quiet.

This WOD was a good one, lots of posterior chain engagement (if that's what ya wanna call it). Completed 9.25 rounds w/1 pood.

Excellent work for the Thursday night crowd.!
