I can't remember my time (Neal - I wrote it in the sign-in notebook). 30# for db swings and jumping pullups. Great morning!!! Great spirit this morning Will :) -Nancy
Great way to start the day, as always with X-Fit Boston.
I have no idea of the time it took me to complete the three rounds, as prescribed. I do know, however, that after almost a year of doing kettlestack swings with the great group of 6:00 AM CrossFit Crazies, my form still suggests that I have a serious skeletal defect. One of these days, I'll learn to bend the knees and pop the hips, so that the swing will be what Neal calls a "US-style" swing, versus what he terms the "Rusian-style" swing, where the stack never rises above shoulder level.
While EC's voice might not have been up to speed, her running certainly was. I did the first 600M run just after her, amid a trail of smoldering asphalt.
Nice to see you again, Eileen! Karen, where are you?

Subbed rowing for the run. Fat guys don't like to run.
All else as Rx'd.
