Outrageously difficult workout today, except for Alan.

Tabatas are bad enough but 15 rounds?

My arms will be limply hanging tomorrow, and my poor poor thighs, after 15 rounds of tabata squats, will doubtless require assistance negotiating stairs.

That said, this morning was a blast and I will never forget the image of EC's and Karen's cheerleading antics.

Thanks ladies!

Have to second the cheerleadering of today....perhaps our next big skill to learn will be Tabata basket tosses?? We could maybe try high kicks?

As for today's pullups, the less said the better.

You guys have a good weekend, I'll see you Monday!

Ok so I am not the smartest guy at CF Boston.....

15 rounds squats w/ 30# vest
15 rounds situps
15 rounds squats w/ 30# vest

10.5 mile road ride at lunch (2nd of the season, 1st was yesterday lunch- same course)

I am sure the overhead squats tomorrow are gonna be a blast!!! Now excuse me while I crawl to the bathroom so I can cry in peace.

I would love to see the guys line up for some high kicks!!

Lots of fun this morning. I'll be there on Saturday morning (no excuse since I live right next door to the track).

Maybe we can call it the "Decker" basket toss since, I won an award in high school for the highest basket toss (they called me "Air Decker").....it's okay...you can laugh at me!! Yes, I was the cheerleader all through high school, college and then some....pretty funny!

44 dead-hangs subtracting some for bad form, so let's say 35. First set was 11, rest was crap.

Maybe Doug could use his breakdancing moves for a new workout?

Gimmie a T, Gimmie an A...
Okay, so two rounds would've done. Instead we did forty-five. Yeah, forty-five. Somewhere there is a Japanese doctor that I'd like to put the boots to.

So after being the one to first ask if we are meeting up Saturday morning I'm no going to back out. It turns out I'm spending the night in Braintree after celebrating my friends' shipping out. I won't be able to be in Brookline by 6:30am. If anyone sees Nigel tell him not to wait for me. Sorry and I'll punish myself extra hard for this tomorrow.

Doug, I suggest Murph with a weighted vest and in army boots.

Have a great night and see you next week.

"SUPERSTAR!" (image: victory arms, lunge position, eyes squinty and closed).

Mmmmm....good fun today. Good, wholesome, pull-up fun. Mine were all loser jumping pull-ups and I think I did a billion.

Extra high-fives and hurkies for those that can do even one real-life, hanging, kipping pull-up.

Will and Neal, you guys have a good time tomorrow. Your sweet selves will be missed.

See all of you squad members tomorrow morning. Btw, Nigel-weren't you the UC Berkeley mascot back in '85? Bet you can out basket-toss Nancy. Easily.

Wait--maybe a basket-toss out tomorrow? I'll be in my kneepads and helmet, just in case.
