40# Dumbbell Squat Clean and Jerk, lunge/lunge, 15 reps
15 Pull-ups
15 V-ups

After the jerk return the weights to your side before beginning the lunges.

Pullups were modified and clean/jerk/lunges were with 20# Dbs.

a really long time
30 # DBs for the first 3 rounds, then 15# and 20# for the last 2
