5 DB Thrusters, 30 pounds
10 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups

No WOD today, but bloody Marine Corps poolee function:

7 pull-ups (only started again Monday!)
103 crunches in two minutes

Almost 13 rounds (aka 12 rounds, 5 thrusters, 10 pushups and 8 situps)

20# for the thrusters and only half the pushups were modified.
