For Time:

Pull-up 1 -2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1
Push-up 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12-14- 16- 18 - 20- 18 - 16- 14- 12- 10- 8 - 6 - 4 - 2
Sit-ups 3 - 6 - 9 - 12 - 15- 18-21- 24- 27- 30- 27 - 24 -21- 18- 15- 12- 9 - 6 - 3

For the first set complete one pull-up, two push-ups, and three sit-ups. Then two pull-ups, four push-ups, and eight sit-ups. Continue all the sequence up to ten, top of the pyramid, and then begin the sequence back down to where you started.

Mostly modified pushups and modified pullups. As Nigel put it, "Not bad for someone under 40"

21 something with some fudged numbers in the sit-ups when I was informed that flutter kicks needed a 4 count.

Listening to Karen vocalise during her exertions also made me lose my concentration. That said, she is a lovely person.
