Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:

100 ft lunges
Thrusters 50% BW x 15 reps
30 Double unders

Post load used for thrusters, total rounds, and any partial rounds completed to comments.

The body row is an excellent substitution for those who cannot perform pull-ups.
