16:20 or so, w/ 30# DB and lousy form on handstand push-ups.

just wanted to drop a line out to all the crossfitters out there, thanks fo the great vaction and crossfit. Neal thanks again for your generosity and knowledge...I'll keep on working on those ring drills. I will definitly see you all in june before my deployment to afghanistan.
