100 Wallball Shots, 20 pound ball at 10' target

Women should substitute 15 pound ball.

100 DB thrusters w/#20 @ 5:15, I think. It was all a blur.

100 modified, kipping, sweating, jumping pull-ups, 8:45, I think. Again, it was all very blurry.

There is no possibly human way on this earth that I made those times...if you compare to Neal so I retract my previous posting (most humbly) and would like to add maybe 30 or 40 minutes to each, shall we?
