Tabata Intervals ( 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) is applied to each exercise. There is no rest between exercises and tally total reps for each exercise. This is your score.

Total score 350 with no modifications whatsoever. Now, I'm off for a good 20 mile run. See ya!

Total score of 360 with modifications on push-ups and friggin' nightmarish jumping-air-pull-ups. And then I nearly kicked Neal in the face while trying to get into a handstand. Sorry Neal.

347, poor form at the end of the pull-ups, easy squats, push-ups I looked like a floundering walleyed pike.
By the way, Marcia is really starting to bother me....just kidding; love you girl!
