Faffed about looking for the right pushpress weight as 95# was life threateningly heavy. Used 40# and then 30# dumbells, would have used 10# if no one was watching.

Nothing like faffing about early, on a Wednesday morning. In fact, can we have a Faff WOD?

(and next time we get another one of these hefting/counting assignments I'm going with, "Neal, I can't find the 65lbs. bar, but this pvc is easy to locate.")

Can't remember my time but my shoulders hurt today.
