30# dbs for snatches, started with the kettlebells of doom for the squats (maybe the 3/4 pd? the .5pd?) and switched to the 30# dbs after the second round. Deceptively hard indeed. Time turned immaterial, as Josh finished easily ahead of me; and with much less cursing, I suspect.

30# db for the snatches, and went light - of course - on the front squats -20# dbs. time? i was drowning in sweat.

definitely hard, esp in the heat! almost fainted after a ring dip post wod!
