I say "ish", because I spent at least half a minute lying on the ground and out of breath, gesturing to Neal that I'd finished, until Lindsey finally helped me out and asked him for the time at 29:11.

Pain isn't weakness leaving the body, it's your body telling you that you'll have osteoarthritis, asthma and heart problems by the age of 35.

I really regret doing this workout :)
