Max effort:

Air Squats
Situps
Plank position/Pushup position (top)

Post reps/time to comments.

Squats must be to full depth at the bottom (below parallel) and full extension at the top.

Situps should be controlled. Sit tall at the top, head touches at the bottom.

Torso should not bow in the plank position.

Have a partner on hand to monitor form, count reps, and keep time.

Old School.

460 squats
legs gave out after over a minute for the plank
72/73 situps in 2 minutes
jogged the 'max effort' 400m

i witnessed sam complete 460 squats straight.

im not sure theres anything more to say.

squats - 172 (and I thought it was good at the time)
Plank was a little over 3 minutes
situps - Neal stopped us at 150, no time limit

jogged the 400

Holy crap Sam 460 squats!!! Okay, now I have a new challenge. Just keep going and I'll keep trying to follow.
