48 something; pushups were 50/50, pullups were jumping, but the first mile was 7:38 :)

i think will's onto something - ive also found better luck with "frogging" on the bar (vs. rings) for being able to get more consecutive reps.
congrats to all those who grinded this one out.
i opted for something a little different:
4 rds
75# rdl
20 double unders
20 sledge swings (10l, 10r, 10# sledge)
13:27
and my usual 1 ba-gillion hip circles.
and thats 15 reps with the rdls
