Perhaps the less said about my performance on the pull-ups and ring dips, the better. Managed to salvage the morning by rowing the 2000m in 7:33

Great work on those pull-ups, Nigel (your creative dismount warrants special consideration), and Rena, you rock on the ring dips!

back pain and hip tightness cant keep me from blogging.

1,000 pelvic circles for time. 1.5 hrs (pr). ;)

as a warning nigel, the hip gyrations will be a constant for the next month. i guess your row times will really take a dive.

worked up to 215# on the deadlifts PR by 20# and then managed to get my terrible 2,000m row time down by 45 seconds

Nigel- loved the dismount, just don't make a habit of it ;)

thx kim. unfortunately, my competitive nature got the best of me.... a bit too tight today from all the double unders.

its ok, after this month of joint mobility, neal's record will fall!
