karen sutton is really rocking the house. first a 7 min karen last week, and finished this am when i had about 3 sets to go. nice work!

Mandla is getting soft, Neal just picked up his membership to the ACLU, and Marcia is going to give up distance running.

I'm starting Pilates and cardio-kick boxing tomorrow.

Oh, yeah. Will is no longer doing deadlifts.

As rx'd, made it two thirds of the way through the 18 reps round in around 39 minutes before 7am/pumkintime came around.
