i subbed 1 pood sdhp for pullups - the blisters (from may) are close to finally healing - i didnt have the heart to rip them open again.
i did use the 24 in box though.
oh, and acupuncture rocks!

Great job this morning, gentlemen. It's great to see you guys striving for perfect form on each and every rep.
Mike--way to find the bottom of your squat! Your flexibility has come a long way in a very short time.
Steve--great to see you push through the wall of fatigue. Never let your body beat your mind!
Your bar muscle-up was awesome!
Leo--your kip looks picture perfect. Concentrate on getting that stretch reflex at the bottom, and the bar muscle-up isn't far behind.
