5 weighted pullups (30#)
10 weighted box jumps (30#)
15 Overhead walking lunges(15 each leg), (30#)

Modification:
Substitute 15 jumping pullups (w/vest) and/or step-ups if necessary.

Didn't catch the time but this quads-are-too-tight extravaganza was tougher than I thought. Jumping pull-ups w/30# vest, box jumps w/ 15# DBs and walking lunges w/15# DBs. All this big fun was followed by Tabata sit-ups, planks and wall-sits for those of you PMers wondering what fun lays ahead....
